We’re building Ratio, a homescreen app that supercharges your productivity and helps you turn mindless distraction into mindful productivity. Ratio brings exciting productivity power tools to your phone’s homescreen like app auto-organization, lightning-fast universal search, and consolidating the mess that is our phone’s inbox (Whatsapp, SMS, Instagram, etc.).
We are looking for a motivated Operations Manager with strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to multi-task well. Ideally, you are fascinated by startups and keen to position yourself within a dynamic environment with evolving responsibilities as the company grows. You learn as-you-go, and are comfortable taking responsibility. We’re currently a 10-person company, and you will be involved in running cross-functional operations including tasks that touch Finance, HR, User Success, and Legal.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in an operations position (ideally, at a tech startup or scale-up).
- Comfortable working with GSuite / Excel to produce monthly reports, and dealing with
- Excellent communication & organization skills.
- Readiness to be part of a team. We get things done, together.
- Detail-oriented. You care about the little things.
- German language is a plus.
